Most items are pre-owned or vintage. Any wear, defects, or restoration work is clearly stated in the product listing.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

You can return the item provided it is:

Unworn
Unwashed
Returned in the same condition as sold

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, subject to stock availability. Please contact us before returning your item.

How long do I have to return an item?

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery, in line with UK consumer regulations.

Do you offer free returns?

Free returns are included with our subscription service. Standard orders do not include free returns.

What happens if my return is damaged?

If an item is returned in a different condition than sold, the refund will be declined and the item may be returned to the customer.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 working hours. Delivery times vary depending on courier and service selected at checkout.

Can I choose my own courier?
