This is the fan version of the Czech Republic's home shirt, which was worn during the Euro 2004 campaign in Portugal. Led by Karel Brückner, the team reached their second semi-final in the last three European Championships.

As a general rule of thumb:
- 1980's and below tend to be slim fitting.
- 1990's - Mid 00's are 'over sized' compared to current era.
- 'Player Spec/Authentic' - A slimmer, athletic cut.
- Fan Version - True to size
